Excellent service. Paul and his team made it flawless and easy from start to finish in our home purchase. He took care of all our concerns, answered all of our questions no matter what day or time that we called explaining every detail and making all the information transparent or returned our calls quickly when those were needed making sure that we understood what was going on at every step and letting us know what my next steps would be. Very knowledgeable, professional in every aspect, responsive, helpful and gave excellent guidance. I appreciate Paul took the time to explain to us our different loan options, finding a loan that would work best at that time and ensured everything from his side goes smoothly. When other mortgage companies wouldn't start working with me because I was more than 30 days out of a new home completion, Team Samurai stepped up and started working for me to get everything in order so that when we did hit that 30 day window we were ahead with all the applications. All we had to do was update our information. Paul made this so easy. He kept me abreast of the process and the status of our loan. When he got good news, he would always call me. It was wonderful working with Team Samurai where the communications were always flowing. This is the 4th home we have purchased and this is beyond a doubt the best service I have ever had. Fantastic to work with Team Samurai, highly recommend!
My wife and I just bought our new house in Seattle, while trying to search from Sacramento and sell our old house at the same time. Team Samurai made the loan process so incredibly easy, quick and painless I can't thank them enough. The team had great communication, both calling regularly and sending emails with the finer points and outlining the documents that needed to be submitted. The interest rate given early was the same one at the end of the process, as were all of the other important details. The rates were also very favorable in the current market. I couldn't have asked for more from my loan company.

Happy with everything he did.
Paul Vattiat helped me through my first home buying experience and my recent refinance. I couldn't be more happy with it. Very professional and helpful for the most part 7 days a week. If I had a question, even the dumb ones he'd show me respect and answer to the best of his ability. I highly recommend him and I'm going through him again if the opportunity presents itself.

Paul and Team Samurai did a wonderful job in acquiring a great mortgage refinance rate for my personal residence. AMAZING!
Paul with Samurai Mortgage was extremely knowledgeable, throughout our loan process he was always communicative and a step ahead for any obtacle that might come up. He never tiered of me asking him the same question over and over again. He match us with the best loan program out there, and walked us through the ENTIRE PROCESS. Approachable, Friendly, Informative
Buying a first home is complicated, there are a ton of moving parts that need to happen in order for the process to progress smoothly. Amazing!!
I am a 19 year old girl who wasn’t expecting to be able to even approve for mortgage but they made it happen!
